In March, had the honor of being chosen to film a movie trailer for the book Wood's End by local author Alexandra Claire.
It was a very exciting event on a very rainy day! I felt like I was in Hollywood on a movie set with everyone yelling "Take" and "Quiet on the Set".

The purpose of the filming is to send the trailer to production companies and entice them to make a full-lenth movie.
The cinemaphotographer was "John Paul" who filmed the recent movie Grace Card. Origianlly from Memphis, he now lives in New York and is an extremely nice man and very talented. I know he will be an up and coming!

"Amy", who plays the female lead, lives in Oxford and has been recently in Navy Wives(the Easter Sunday episode). Her husband was kind enough to take photos and send them for this letter.

I have enjoyed so much getting to know Alexandra Claire, the author of Wood's End. She is a quiet, sweet, Christian lady who has much talent. I started the book and was caught up immediately and found it hard to put down. |
If you would like to have more information about the book and order it you can go to alexandraclair.com
I highly reccomend Wood's End and hope that she will soon finish the sequel.

In about 3-4 months, the trailer should be on youtube and you can see it and say "I have been in that house".
We'll let you know when this comes up.
